so, I was able to use the site without any major issues, but it definitely felt a little sluggish at times. It gets the job done, just wish it was smoother

I placed the order later that day, and when the pants arrived, they fit just right. it was a nice first purchase since I didn’t have to guess too much or deal with an exchange.

My warranty claim did get taken care of in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Altitude Sports got back to me after a few days, asked for photos, and then approved it. The main thing I noticed was the same pattern throughout: I’d wait a bit, follow up, then things would move again. I had to check in twice, which made it feel slower than it needed to be. Overall, it was okay, just not super quick. I’d still order from them again if the price was good.

My order showed up a little later than I thought it would, not a huge deal, but the tracking barely updated, which was kind of annoying. The product itself was fine once it got here, just wish the shipping had been a bit smoother.

I returned my jacket and did eventually get the refund, but it took a bit longer than I thought it would. I’ve ordered from Altitude Sports a few times, usually when they’re running promos. You can definitely find decent discounts, especially on past-season items, but just a heads up: not every “sale” price feels like a real deal, so it’s worth comparing before you buy.
I also had a promo code not work once, and figuring out why was more frustrating than it should’ve been. I still check the site when I’m looking for deals, but I’d warn others to read the promo details carefully and make sure the discount actually applies before checking out

I started a return weeks ago and I’m still waiting on my refund. I’ve sent messages about it, but it feels like nobody actually read what I wrote. The whole process has been way more of a headache than it should be.

I ordered a Patagonia fleece and a pair of hiking socks from Altitude Sports, and overall, I’m pleased with how everything turned out. Both items arrived looking just like the photos, with no loose stitching, strange fabric smell, or anything that made me second-guess the purchase.

I ordered from Altitude Sports and the tracking was pretty much useless. For like 4 or 5 days it just said the label had been created, then out of nowhere it changed to in transit without any helpful details. The delivery date passed and I still had no real idea where the package was.
